How do we ship?

DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS are the shipping methods used by our company.

Where do we ship from?

We usually ship from our domestic US warehouse or overseas warehouse.

What are the order processing times?

Orders from our domestic warehouse will be processed within 24 business hours. Orders from our overseas warehouse will be processed within 24 to 72 business hours.

What are the shipping times?

After your order has been processed, it takes around 2 to 5 days for the item to be delivered from the domestic warehouse and 7 to 10 days for the item to be delivered from the overseas warehouse. There can be delays beyond our control such as natural calamities.

How can I know whether my order is coming from a domestic or overseas warehouse?

If the last point of the product description is "Shipping time: 2-5 business days" "Ready to ship" then your order is coming from the domestic warehouse or else it is coming from the overseas warehouse.

Boutique Items Policy

Returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging.

Exchanges only for a different size or color of the same product.

The request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Charming Steals' part. 

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.

Charming Steals will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU labels. 

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please allow Charming Steals 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

Charming Steals will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
